    Alsabreen Co, is one of the main distribution companies for Local and international SDA and Kitchen gadgets brands in Egypt, They came to us asking to Develop a concept for their first organised retail chain to gain more market shares

    With an extremley cluttered market for the small shops and local players, and the premium space is mainly occupied by 2 players. Alsabareen needed to develop a market positioning that would attract middle to higher class consumers while being competetive on pricing

    The Solution

    Developing branding strategies along with clear and precise positioning strategies. The key focus was on creating an emotional attachment with customers through loyalty programs that would enable the growth of a loyal customer base. developing a clear and distinctive image of My Home retail offering. Consistently reinforcing that image through its merchandising and service. Positioning by Using the concept design and implementation of the retail mix to create an image of the (has it all) in the customer's mind relative to its competitors.
